The downloadable Excel sheet works in conjunction with CGP Functional Skills workbooks for Maths, English Levels 1 and 2, also ICT Entry-Level 3 and levels 1 and 2.
The Spreadsheet can be used as a guide for progress in each subject as well as making comments and inputting resources etc.
For those who provide proof of learning to the Local Authority, the spreadsheets may also come in handy.
You may be interested in online software that helps to plan tasks and can also be used for lesson planning and progress.
A free online tool called Trello is perfect for organising your workloads and also has a great checklist builder. Trello is very easy to use and you will be up and running in no time, unlike most online software it can be used on mobiles and tablets. Click here to go to the Trello homepage. You can invite other users to share your Trello folder/folders.
We also use monday.com which is a paid-for platform and can be used for various projects including lesson planning and progress and is very intuitive to use. For Home Education purposes you would only require the basic package. As with Trello you can invite and share access to projects with other users, this will be great for leazing with your child/children tutors etc. Click here to go to the monday.com website.
