We seem to have lost the knack of doing good deeds for the people.
Life is more chaotic than ever before and people’s free time is limited and precious, therefore taking the time to help others outside of family and close friends is diminishing.
Encouraging children to “give back” can go a long way to restoring community spirit and bridge the gap between certain ages.
Helping to raise funds for charities, visit elderly people, help a neighbour with chores they might struggle with, these are all things kids can help with. There are so many options.
This is something we will be taking part in.
